HOW WE BUILT THESE PACKAGES

Benchmarked on how
JCI does it elsewhere.

Before setting our 2027 packages, we studied how JCI World Headquarters and fellow JCI organizations structure their partnerships. Then we kept what works for partners and added what a local chapter can do best: show up, in person, all year.

OUR TAKEAWAY

Global JCI packages sell access to international conferences. A local chapter can offer something different: presence. Your brand shows up where Cebu actually sees it, at projects, at meetings and in the feed, every month, at a local price.

Sources, reviewed September 2026: JCI Partnerships Toolkit 2023 (Club 100 tiers and partnership-opportunities table); JCI West Indies partners page; JCI USA Corporate Sponsorship guide; JCI Cebu’s Partners’ Night report. This compares how the packages are built, not audience size. Global packages also include international conference access.

WHY THIS MATTERS TO YOUR BUSINESS

Local visibility.
A wider perspective.

An annual partnership connects your brand with a Cebu chapter whose relationships extend overseas. It adds a credible international dimension to the local service and leadership story your business supports.

Where an activity is relevant, we can discuss appropriate introductions or participation with the organizing chapters. Any overseas promotion, attendance or activation must be agreed separately.

These are documented chapter relationships and past activities—not promised sponsor reach, endorsement by overseas chapters, or automatic international advertising rights. Your annual package covers the agreed JCI Cebu placements. Sources reviewed September 24, 2026.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

The details
that matter.

A clear agreement is the start of a good partnership.

Ask us a question
Is this for one event or the whole year?

The whole year. The offer launches at the December 12, 2026 induction and continues through January–December 2027. Your business is an annual JCI Cebu partner, recognized across projects, general membership meetings (GMMs), other chapter events and social media. Exact dates are written into your agreement.

Will every sponsorship tier have year-round visibility?

Yes. Every annual tier includes recognition in the shared partner system across JCI Cebu-led projects, GMMs and events, partner-logo placement in chapter social-media marketing posts and acknowledgments, a linked partner listing and back-of-shirt partner placement. Higher tiers receive greater placement prominence and more dedicated promotion. Participation does not mean your logo appears in every photograph or every individual social post.

How did you set these packages?

We benchmarked them against JCI World’s partnership programs (Club 100 and its global partner packages) and the practices of fellow JCI organizations, then built on what a local chapter does best: showing up in person, all year. The comparison looks at how the packages are built, not audience size; global packages also include international conference access.

What is Partners’ Night?

Partners’ Night is JCI Cebu’s evening of thanks for the businesses behind a year of work. Every annual partner is invited and receives a certificate of recognition; Diamond and Platinum partners are also recognized on stage. Our first Partners’ Night, on January 23, 2025 at BIG Hotel, Mandaue, recognized 23 partner organizations. The date, venue and seats per partner are confirmed in your agreement.

Are the rates and post counts final?

These are the 2027 rates and deliverables, adapted from JCI Cebu’s supplied annual prospectus. Diamond and Platinum propose one promotional post per month; Gold six, Silver three, and Bronze one during the year. Shared logo placements in project and chapter marketing posts are separate from those dedicated promotional placements. Rates, artwork, dates, channels and terms are confirmed before any payment.

How will the roll-up banner and shirt placements work?

The shared annual partner roll-up is intended for JCI Cebu-led projects, GMMs and other chapter events, subject to venue and co-organizer permissions. Sponsor logos appear on the back of new community shirts; the front carries the JCI Cebu identity. The mockups show possibilities, not production-ready artwork or completed placements. Final logo size, order, print quantities, production dates and artwork deadlines are agreed in writing.

Will this guarantee sales, leads or a specific audience reach?

No. The offer is defined visibility, content and opportunities to build relationships, alongside support for community work. We do not guarantee sales, leads, impressions or return on investment. Actual reach and engagement may be included in reporting where platform data is available.

Can we contribute products or services instead of cash?

Yes. Printing, shirts, food, venues, transport, production, professional services and project supplies can be considered. We will agree their value, delivery schedule and corresponding annual recognition. An in-kind offer does not automatically receive a cash-tier entitlement.

Can our employees take part in community activities?

Yes—team volunteering and suitable project participation can be built into your agreement, with the project team confirming safety, capacity, schedules and community needs. A project-led activation can also be discussed where it fits the activity and audience.

How will we know what our business received?

We propose a written placement calendar, a log of published posts and links, photos showing physical placements and activity participation, periodic check-ins and a year-end fulfillment summary. Your business will have one coordinating contact and agreed reporting dates.

Can you tailor a package or offer category exclusivity?

We can discuss your business goals and contribution. Any exclusivity, speaking opportunity, activation area or special placement requires written approval and availability. An inquiry does not reserve inventory or confirm a partnership.

Are the future conferences part of this package?

No. The proposed 2027 and 2029 hosting opportunities are not confirmed. They show JCI Cebu’s longer-term ambition, not guaranteed sponsor exposure. Any conference sponsorship rights or benefits would require a separate agreement.

What happens when we express interest?

Choose a tier and prepare your request, then send it through your messaging app or call Johnel. We will discuss your objectives and confirm a written proposal before payment. The website does not send your inquiry automatically or confirm a partnership. Please also confirm any receipt or documentation requirements with the team; tax deductibility is not promised.

LET’S BUILD YOUR PARTNERSHIP

YOUR INFORMATION

A simple
privacy note.

This page prepares a partnership inquiry on your device. It does not submit your details to a server, save your form to browser storage, or use analytics or advertising cookies.

When you choose “Open text message,” the details you entered are passed to your device’s messaging app for your review. They are sent to Johnel P. Luceno at +63 966 169 4877 only when you send the message there. Your messaging provider’s terms apply.

“Copy request” puts your message on your device’s clipboard. “Download request” saves a text file to your device. Keep or delete those copies as you prefer.

Contact Johnel directly to discuss how JCI Cebu will handle an inquiry you send and any follow-up, correction, or deletion request. No payment details are collected on this website.
